Welcome to Kevin Sumner Memorial Website

Law enforcement was a huge part of Kevin's life. He loved every aspect of it. His primary goal was to proceed into investigations and then move on from there. That is what he truly wanted to do. His dedication and love for the job will live on.

There are many words to describe Kevin: Officer, Daddy, Son, Grandson, Brother, Uncle, Nephew, Cousin, Friend... the list goes on and on. Kevin was the type of person that had an A-1 personality.  Aside from his job, Kevin loved his God, his family and his friends. And if you were around him for five minutes, you knew that he treasured his little girl. Kevin also loved them "Dawgs"!!

Kevin was, and always will be, loved from the bottom of our hearts. Our family has been told how lucky Kevin was to have a family who loved and cared for him so much, but in the end, we were the lucky ones to have had him in our lives, if even for a short while.

We miss you.....

Kevin's pride and joy was his little girl, Jadelynn. Anyone that knew Kevin, knew all about her. To him, she was affectionately known as (Daddy's Little) "Tater Bug". His face lit up at the mention of her name. She was and still is his whole heart.
